About the site

The site is run by Waffle Wala, Ahad Arcade, Block C3, Gulberg III, Lahore. It shows our menu, prices, opening hours and offers, and links to the places where you can order. It does not take payments.

Menu, prices and availability

• Prices are in Pakistani rupees and are confirmed at the counter or by the service you order through. We try to keep the site up to date, but if a price on the site differs from the one charged in the shop, the shop price applies.
• Items and options may sell out or change without notice. A dish marked available online may still be unavailable on the day.
• Photographs, 3D scenes and illustrations show our products as attractively as we can; your order may look a little different.

Ordering

• Delivery orders are placed on Foodpanda and are governed by Foodpanda’s own terms, prices and delivery areas.
• Orders sent by WhatsApp or Instagram are only accepted once our staff confirm them. The “Your order” list on this site is a convenience for building your order; it is not a confirmed order and is not sent to us.
• Payment is made at the counter, on delivery or through the ordering service, never on this site.

Promotions and offers

Offers shown on the site are valid only for the dates and conditions stated with them, while stocks last, and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so. We may end an offer early if it is misused.

Waffle Wala Rewards

The rewards card has its own terms, shown on the rewards page and printed on the card. Those terms apply to the programme in addition to these.

Allergies and dietary needs

Our products are made in a kitchen that handles milk, eggs, wheat (gluten), nuts including hazelnuts and almonds, peanuts, soy and other allergens, and many items contain them. We cannot guarantee that any item is free of an allergen. If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, please ask our staff before you order.

Using the site

• Use the site lawfully and for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, its menu data or our staff systems, or copy large parts of it automatically.
• Do not use the rewards page to try other people’s card or phone numbers.

Our content

The Waffle Wala name and logo, photographs, menu designs, 3D models and films on the site belong to Waffle Wala or are used with permission. You may share links to the site, but you may not reuse its content commercially without our written permission.

Links to other services

Links to Foodpanda, Google Maps, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok take you to services we do not control; their terms apply there.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but it is provided “as is”: it may sometimes be unavailable, slow or contain mistakes. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by using or being unable to use the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Pakistani consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
